Post-term pregnancy is defined as a pregnancy with a gestational age ≥ of 42.0 weeks. In recent years the management of post-term pregnancy has been challenged. This is mainly due to emerging evidence that the risk of complications associated with post-term pregnancy starts to increase before 42 weeks of gestation
About the author
Dr Nikita Gandotra is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist from the city of temples Jammu. She did her postgraduation from the government medical college Srinagar in 2016. she further completed her senior residency from government medical college Jammu. She is also Credentialed Indian menopause practitioner (CIMP) and has a keen interest in HIGH-RISK OBSTETRICS AND REPRODUCTIVE MEDICINE.
