About the book
“This book is a collection of eight paranormal stories, each story set up in a different background. There is a story about a guy named Aman who has his own factory in the outskirts of his hometown. One day he sees a beautiful girl in a red bridal attire outside the factory. Something seems to be odd about her but he gets so attached to her that he ignores all the unusual happenings around him. Slowly things turn complicated and he realizes the girl whom he got so attached to, had died a few years ago.
There is another story of a person who starts getting dreams about his old friend. But soon he realizes that all this was more than a dream. He gets some clues which are pointing to the same thing. But till the time he is able to get to the depth of it, it’s already too late.
Another story is set in the background of an Indian village where the villagers are scared of an apparent wild animal which brutally kills a person of the village every month. But when the protagonist named Suraj investigates the matter, he finds a strange pattern in all these murders. When he finally comes to the conclusion, he realizes that it is not any wild animal behind this but something else, which also has a strange connection with every full moon.
All these stories when combined in the form of a book create a package of horror and a world of spookiness where only the fear of unknown prevails.”

Shivangi –
I was browsing my Instagram account when I came across this interesting looking book titled Delusional Horror. Having read India’s Most Haunted Places, a book written by Kinshuk Srivastava, I soon decided to ping the author then I download the book and sat down reading. I was looking for a spooky thriller but what I came across is not what I had expected initially. Read on to know more about the book and about my experience of reading it.
Expect a book that has an interesting storyline. Expect a book that isn’t your conventional horror fiction in terms of the ‘chilling spooky’ quotient. Expect a book that tells a story spanning multiple decades, generations and places. Finally, expect a book that is written in an easy breezy style and would be an ideal read for a beginner.
Since the book is written in an easy language it can be easily read by beginners. There are some rich words used every now and then but they would only add to the vocabulary of the reader without complicating the narrative or making the reading experience difficult. This book helps my sister a lot in vocabs and it’s my personal experience too that this book helps every reader to read and learn many new words.
Trust me guys I never read or watch this kind of horrible story. Each story creates a suspense and hook you up till the last. It’s a short read book but having of time issue I take a lot time to read it.
I read it at a night time and before sleeping I visualized the story its really make you asleep if you have insomnia. It’s my personal experience. And while reading I was skimming and skinning all the lines it’s feels like that you are watching some movie in the theatre.
Initially, I enjoyed the ingenious way in which the author promoted his own books. While reading I found it realistic and horrible.
“The story became so sensational that Kinshuk Srivastava weaved a whole novel around it. By reading none can say that this book is by a debut writer. Literally I would like to appreciate author Kinshuk he did it very well awaiting for more books from the author.
