Description

Set in the historic background of British colonial era in India, ‘Rayan’s Cry !’is the story of rebellion of Raman Samban, an elderly untouchable outcast, against the discriminatory Hindu caste practice of ‘untouchability’. Those were the days when even a talk of rebellion meant nothing less than death, for those most unfortunate untouchables of Tamil Nadu. However, no threat of that sort could deter the determination of rebellious Raman Samban to fight for his rights.
