About The Author

“Kavita Saraff, advocate, Calcutta High Court, was born on 7th March, 1980. She completed her B.A. Honours in English and thereafter Post Graduation in English from Calcutta University in 2003. After a lapse of 13 years, she then pursued LLB from Burdwan University in 2016.
She has got diversified experiences as a lecturer of English, a professional painter and then as fate would have it, is currently a practising advocate at Calcutta High Court.
In her personal life she is a proud mother of a teenage daughter, who is a state-level basketball ball player and a pre- adolescent son, who dreams of playing cricket for the Country.
A feminist to the core, she is the crusader for humanity, education, discipline, hard-work, dedication, health, peace and harmony. She firmly believes in constant learning and growth. Discipline and time- management keeps her forever on her foot. Her tag line, which she has discovered from her life experiences, is “Knowledge is Power”. It has taken up such a profound position in her life, that she has got it permanently tattooed it on her hand in bold capital letters.
She is a thorough nature – lover, and finds solace in reading, painting, gymming, music and writing.
She has bagged awards and certificates for sports and painting and received recognition for her command over the English Language.”
