How’re you on the inside? This is one of the most avoided questions. As much as I have observed, a great way to end a conversation is to put up this question. However, if we can learn to answer this simple question honesty, we’ll be less disappointed and more joyful. Medicines can heal our surface wounds, but nothing can heal our heart except Jesus because He poured His heart for us so that we can be healthy on the inside. What do you say when people ask you about your inside? Do you lie or pluck up the courage to face the reality and accept how you really are? When we are healthy on the inside we don’t just live a good life, we thrive. We can live alife of a champion and an overcomer if we learn to operate from within and be spirit-driven. Through this book, I want to help you process your grief, disappointments, and heartaches, and use it all for your good, according to our Father’s purpose in heaven.

About The Author

I am neither a pastor, nor a born writer; I am an imperfect son of God who is saved by His perfect grace. My life has been filled with His goodness and mercy, and out of the abundance of grace and love, I have written this book. I’m 20 years old, and I passionately love Christ Jesus. This book is a response of my discipleship through which I am fulfilling my God-given purpose and calling: ‘to raise a healthy generation that walks in Sonship’s authority’. My heart beats for worship, and I love playing the guitar while praising and glorifying the Lord. I’m currently pursuing Business Management at university, and I was born and brought up in Jhansi, UP, India. I am also a Football enthusiast, and I would love to pursue it at different levels. I love rhetoric, and that has played a major role in confirming me to write my first book.
