About The Author

Dr. Shagufta is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at GMC Udhampur, Jammu and Kashmir, with more than 6 years of teaching experience. A dedicated academician and clinician, she has a keen professional interest in menopause and midlife health, an area of growing importance in women’s healthcare. She has contributed numerous publications to national and international journals.

Dr. Nishu Priya is presently working as Associate Professor and HOD, Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, GMC Udhampur (J&K). She has been actively involved in the improvement of women’s health for the last 20 years. She is presently Secretary, NIGF (J&K), and an Executive Member of the Jammu Obstetrics and Gynaecology Society. She is a past Joint Secretary of IFS (Jammu Chapter). She has a number of publications in various Indian and international journals and has been invited as a guest speaker at various national conferences.
