About The Author
Ruptalin Tissopi, was born on 25th November 2002, in the hills of Diphu, Karbi Anglong. She has completed her degree from Diphu Government College and Master in Geography from Assam University Diphu Campus. Poetry became her way of listening to the world within and around her. Her verses flow from love, faith, and self-discovery, each poem a step in understanding herself and the divine. Through this collection, she shares not only her poems but also her journey of learning to love, to wait, and to find meaning in the simple moments of life.
With this book, she invites readers to walk with her through moments of waiting, dreaming, and becoming.
Every poem in this book is a fragment of her inner world, born from moments of longing, spiritual awakening, and encounters that existed somewhere between reality and the unseen.
She is a woman shaped by silence, dreams, and unanswered questions. Much of who she was not taught to her by the world, but whispered to her in moments of solitude- through poetry, prayer, longing, and loss.
