My health Journal, is a tool, which will help an individual to
monitor their progress about their mental health, gut health,
and physical health. Accountability is the one thing which I
want to inculcate in everyone’s life to improve their lifestyle
and their health. The ultimate motive is to create a self-care
routine and enhance the quality of loving their self. There are
different sections in journal like habit tracker to build habits
and maintain consistency, Goal tracker to enlist and work on
your goals by setting a target by yourself, Period tracker for
females to understand and track their menstrual cycle, mental
health check-in, and your daily meals and activity tracker. The
main feature of this journal is to create a graph by yourself to
understand and monitor your progress with the rating scale on
a weekly basis developed by the Author.
